Journey's End Haystack Chardonnay                                                                                                £8.50 + Vat
chardonnay The appearance is clean and bright with a green, gold colour. Citrus, pineapple and some
hints of honey comes forth on the nose. The palate shows riper fruit that combines well
with the creaminess. Crisp acidity and some well balanced oak lingers on the aftertaste.






Journey's End Pastor's Blend                                                                                                £8.50 + Vat
chardonnay Dark violet like appearance and showing youth. Earthy, herbaceous tones with ripe fruit
and underpinned mintyness. Sweet spicy palate and aggressive tannins gives the wine a
generous finish.

 





Journey's End Chardonnay                                                                                                £11.06 + Vat
chardonnay The appearance is clean and bright with a pale gold colour. There is a lot happening on
the nose, rich pineapple and greengage overlaid by fragrant lime. The ripeness of the
fruit fleshes out the palate; the pineapple richness combines well with the melon while
the lime acidity gives freshness, lifting and lengthening the flavours. A definite wood
character but complements the wine well. Best enjoyed with cheese, pastas and seafood.




Journey's End Merlot                                                                                                    £11.06 + Vat
Intense ruby-red dark colour with an orange rim. Vibrant cherry-mint fruit, eucalyptus
and concentrated cassis aromas on the nose. The ripeness of the fruit gives a supple ,
fleshy feel on the palate, the tannins are fine-grained all adding to the lushness. Good
complex wines with a soft finish. Best enjoyed on its own or with meat.

 

 

Journey's End Cabernet Sauvignon                                                                             £11.06 + Vat
Deep opaque, ruby black appearance and still showing youth. The powerful ripe fruit is
lush and fleshy on both the nose and palate, with lots of ripe cassis and backed by dark
chocolate. Eucalyptus, green peppery herbal spice and underlying mintyness come forth
and is backed by some sweet almonds. Voluptuously rich but not over jammy and the
mid-acidity brightens the fruit and gives length to the wine. Lots of ageing potential.
Best enjoyed with meats and cheese.

 


Journey's End Shiraz                                                                                                       £11.06 + Vat
Deep, intense purple-red rim with a ruby colour centre. The nose is not shy and comes
forward easily, showing good wood integration. On the nose is typically sweet berry
fruits and spiciness with an earthy component. From the wood is a hint of cigar box,
giving the wine a more diverse complexity. The palate shows mulberry spiced by black
pepper, savoury and gamey with a rich, long aftertaste. The wine should age well in the
bottle.



Destination Chardonnay                                                                                                    £13.61 + Vat

The appearance is clean and bright with a pale gold colour. There is a lot happening on
the nose, rich pineapple and greengage overlaid by fragrant lime. The ripeness of the

the lime acidity gives freshness, lifting and lengthening the flavours. A definite wood

The Cape Doctor Shiraz                                                                                                  £13.61 + Vat

The wine appears to have a dark, intense ruby-violet colour. The fruits on the nose are

fragrant strawberry, underpinned by fleshier bramble and mocha. The palate is packed
with strawberry and mulberry, spiced by black pepper and intriguingly complex. The
richness of the flavours is balanced by some fresh raspberry giving a lighter feel to the
finish.
